Hope House of St. Croix Valley 
Hope House provides assisted care for people living with HIV/AIDS who are no longer able to live independently. Licensed under Minnesota rules as Adult Foster Care, Hope House is one of five co-housing facilities in the State and the only one outside the urban Twin Cities.

A Peaceful Place
Located in a quiet Stillwater neighborhood, Hope House truly lives up to its name. From it conception in 1988, Hope House has received wonderful support from the community.
The Board, staff and volunteers at Hope House are committed to offering support, dignity and care to each resident, their partners, friends and family. Residents receive assistance with daily living activities, medication supervision, 24-hour care partnering, advocacy with social services, and cash management. Ours is a holistic approach to care, providing for the physical, psycho-social, and spiritual needs of each individual.
